Orient Quality Print is a successful entrepreneurs owned business based in the heart of Singapore. We are

continuously improving our operation to be able to be ISO 9001 accredited and are carrying out an external audit

to also deserve the ISO 14001. We supply a wide range of print solutions to clients from both Singapore and

overseas.

With a relatively short story but compensated with our dynamism and willingness to support our Customers we

can offer a diverse range of print disciplines to meet our clients’ needs. These include dry toner digital printing and

letterpress with several offline label embellishment techniques as lacquering, lamination or foiling.

In-House Studio

Labelling forms an intrinsic part of a company’s brand image. At Orient Quality Print out friendly team of in-house

designers can help you design and deliver a thoroughly modern and eye-catching label. From concept to a finished

label our studio will provide both a practical and a professional design service at an exceptionally competitive

price.

With the ability to offer a fully digitally produced press proof on a material of choice, we can provide you a label

mock up service to provide you with fully finished labels for a product launch, photoshoot or exhibition at a fraction

of the cost of many traditional printing methods.

Digital Printing

In 2012 we invested into Digital Printing and we are now being recognized as one of the leading digital label

printers in Singapore.

The Xeikon 3030 digital press use the latest contact fusing technology to provide exceptional high quality (1200

dpi @ 4 bits per spot) self adhesive labels without the need to produce costly films and plates. The press is

capable of printing onto a wide range of substrates ideal for all sorts of applications. We can offer extensive advice

and support on the most appropriate materials and we can ensure that your labels are

supplied with a varnish or laminate finish to enhance the overall appearance of your brand carrying labels.

We can incorporate a metallic foil to provide a premium label look. The Xeikon press also offers the option of

printing an extremely opaque white, perfect for backing illustrations on clear materials.

Digital Printing-Variable data

Orient Quality Print can supply a whole host of variable data labels and products that contain sequential

numbering, bar coding and variable information straight from your database or Excel spreadsheet. We can produce

bespoke and custom labels, tickets and promotional products onto a wide range of label stocks and substrates.

Large Formats Printing

Thanks to our unlimited printing repeat and the highest digital produce lightfastness the digital market can offer

available on our Xeikon we can supply a range of large format digitally produced stickers, banners, display

stands, health & safety signs and point of sale products . Our signs are manufactured from a wide range of

materials and we will advise you which to use depending upon your application and required life expectancy.

Letterpress

Born a traditional label print house we are still capable of offering to our customers intermittent letterpress printed

labels for medium volume orders. Our in-house CMS ( Colour Management System)allows us to migrate jobs from

letterpress to our Xeikon in an extremely easy way.

Finishing

Depending on the label end user requirements we are capable of providing our customers with several finishing

elements in order to either embellish or grant additional protection to the printed message and the brand being

promoted. Our finishing options are spot (in register) and continuous water-solvent-UV lacquering (coating) , water-

solvent-UV lamination, foiling and die-cutting.

• Solvent free- Xeikon dry toner digital technology does not use VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).

• De-inkable Labels for recycling- Our digitally printed labels are all 100% de-inkable which enables the material to

be recycled.

• Sustainable Materials- Orient Quality Print only uses materials that are taken from sustaible forests.

• Significantly reduces waste material-Compared to conventional flexographic and letterpress printing ultimately

ending up in landfill.
